\/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Fact-check<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Vaishnodevi Circle flyover in Ahmedabad was <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/city\/ahmedabad\/bridges-apmc-building-opened\/articleshow\/83730648.cms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inaugurated<\/a> by Home Minister Amit Shah on June 21, 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/city\/ahmedabad\/sg-road-to-bypass-jams-only-in-sep\/articleshow\/82985773.cms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Times of India<\/a> carried an image of the flyover and it looks nothing like the viral image. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deshgujarat.com\/2021\/06\/19\/amit-shah-to-inaugurate-three-flyovers-in-his-constituency-area-on-monday\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Desh Gujarat<\/a>\u00a0carried href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/gFGmsciJSDE?t=31\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aerial footage<\/a> of the Vaishnodevi flyover. In these visuals too, the structure of the flyover looks very different from the image in circulation. It was featured in a <a href=\"https:\/\/autonews.autoua.net\/novosti\/3118-strojku-novoj-razvyazki-na-shulyavke-poobeshali-na.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2012 article<\/a>, which stated that the photo shows the renovation project of the interchange near Shuliavska Metro Station in the Ukrainian city of Kiev. The project was for a three-level interchange. The report mentions that a decision on this project was to be taken in the 2013 Budget. A <a href=\"https:\/\/112.international\/article\/construction-of-the-year-all-you-need-to-know-about-shuliavsky-bridge-reconstruction-in-kyiv-37976.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">March 2019 report<\/a> also stated that renovation work of Shuliavska Bridge had commenced.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this, we searched about Victor Petruk and discovered he had shared this design several times on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/226693867830236\/user\/100001386583022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>. In addition, he had shared pictures of the interchange project in some Facebook groups.
