As per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-asia-58349010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBC<\/a>, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant \u2013 Khorasan Province carried out the attack.<\/p>\n<p>A four-minute video of armed men carrying out public executions while chasing cars down a road is circulating on WhatsApp. The video is recorded by a person inside the car. As per the claim on WhatsApp, the video shows those going to the Kabul airport being killed. Alt News noticed that the four-minute viral video has seven segments.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>00:00 to 00:40: First White SUV<\/li>\n<li>00:40 to 01:19: Yellow sedan<\/li>\n<li>01:19 to 01:43: Black sedan<\/li>\n<li>01:43 to 02:12: Man shot multiples times in public<\/li>\n<li>02:12 to 02:44: Second white SUV<\/li>\n<li>02:44 to 03:27: White sedan<\/li>\n<li>03:27 to 04:00: Man gunned down near a fence shot<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All the seven segments were uploaded in a 2014 broadcast by the Turkish news website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haberler.com\/amp\/isid-in-otoyolda-katliam-goruntuleri-6577965-haberi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Haberler<\/a>. As per the report, the brutal executions were carried out by ISIS.<\/p>\n<p>Other media outlets had also reported on the executions. CNN&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kBdCSmHmBek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broadcast<\/a> includes the first, second and seventh segments. According to its report, ISIS had released an hour-long footage capturing their brutal executions in Iraq. The website states that an Iraqi soldier dressed in civilian was executed by ISIS fighters in Anbar Province, Iraq. The image is a still from a video released by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-101998 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/08\/FXCH8Y-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"913\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/08\/FXCH8Y-1.jpg 1300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/08\/FXCH8Y-1-300x211.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/08\/FXCH8Y-1-1024x719.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/08\/FXCH8Y-1-768x539.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thus, several videos were merged together to manufacture brutal road assassinations.
