A quick keyword search &#8216;blue police barricade&#8217; on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=blue+police+barricade&amp;oq=blue+police+barricade&amp;aqs=edge..69i57.3879j0j4&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google<\/a> revealed identical barricades on various stock images websites from multiple US-based cities. The image below compares the barricade in the viral video with an image on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alamy.com\/stock-photo-blue-wooden-police-line-do-not-cross-nypd-crowd-traffic-barrier-new-146734122.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alamy<\/a>. However, a keyword search led us to tweet by @nriherald. It stated that the video is from New York during PM Narendra Modi\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/india-news\/pm-modi-s-departure-statement-ahead-of-us-visit-2021-full-text-101632288241572.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">three-day visit<\/a> (September 22 to 25). On the final day, PM Modi made an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sHKkstG4z4k&amp;ab_channel=NarendraModi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">address<\/a> to the UN General Assembly.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">NRI Herald Australia reports: Khalistani Sikh extremists spotted at New York during PM modi\u2019s visit tearing off Indian National flag while shouting extremist slogans. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7qVVoYgVKw\">pic.twitter.com\/7qVVoYgVKw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 NRI Herald (@nriherald) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nriherald\/status\/1444522335210405889?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 3, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We performed another keyword search in Urdu on Facebook and found a broadcast by Pakistan-based news outlet HUM News on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-104659 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211007_134516.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211007_134516.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211007_134516-221x300.jpg 221w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211007_134516-753x1024.jpg 753w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211007_134516-768x1044.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We managed to identify two men (one in camouflage t-shirt and the other in green shirt) seen in the first frame of the viral video in a September 26 broadcast by Pakistan-based media outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=237951471496064&amp;_rdr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HUM News<\/a> at the 26-second mark.
