Some users have also <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BengaliDadaa\/status\/1451405984778186758?t=RjD1EEjWn1bQvJ1wqwovdQ&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">replied<\/a> to the viral post stating that the video is from Feni, a town in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-105896 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/word-image-36.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"671\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/word-image-36.jpeg 590w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/10\/word-image-36-264x300.jpeg 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We performed a keyword search and came across an October 16 video report by Bangla TV. The location visible in this report matches the one in the viral video. However, the Bangla TV video was recorded at night. On October 16, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/avroneel90\/status\/1449385675871109123\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">another Twitter user<\/a> shared the same video as a dispute between the Hindu-Muslim community in Feni, a town in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ooPJ8FlUMII]<\/p>\n<p>We also came across a story by <a href=\"https:\/\/bangla.bdnews24.com\/samagrabangladesh\/article1955072.bdnews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bd news 24<\/a>, which said that the dispute broke out after serial attacks on the Durga Puja pandal in Feni.<\/p>\n<p>Bangladeshi media outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prothomalo.com\/bangladesh\/district\/%E0%A6%AA%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%B0%E0%A6%A4%E0%A6%BF%E0%A6%AC%E0%A6%BE%E0%A6%A6%E0%A7%87%E0%A6%B0-%E0%A6%AE%E0%A6%A7%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%AF%E0%A7%87%E0%A6%87-%E0%A6%AB%E0%A7%87%E0%A6%A8%E0%A7%80%E0%A6%A4%E0%A7%87-%E0%A6%B8%E0%A6%82%E0%A6%98%E0%A6%B0%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%B7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prothom Alo<\/a> also gave coverage to the row on October 17. According to the article, the District Puja Utsav Council had formed a human chain outside the Kali Mandir on Trunk Road in connection with the attacks on the temples. This sparked clashes between the people returning from Boro Masjid after offering prayers and members of the Pooja Council, injuring more than 15 people. Local police also resorted to lathi-charge to control the situation, with district police personnel sustaining injuries. Several other Bangladeshi outlets covered the incident.
