The website states that the\u00a0<em>prasad\u00a0<\/em>can also be\u00a0delivered through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiapost.gov.in\/MBE\/Pages\/Content\/holy_blessing.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">India Post<\/a>. In addition, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.religionworld.in\/sabarimala-story-famous-ayyappa-prasadam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Religion World<\/a> website features another version of the can with a slightly different label. We reached out to them and were informed that the company has never shipped its products to Sabarimala.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-107334 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/11\/word-image-27.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/11\/word-image-27.jpeg 810w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/11\/word-image-27-300x127.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2021\/11\/word-image-27-768x325.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rashid, Business Development Manager of Al Zahaa Sweets LLC, told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thequint.com\/news\/webqoof\/al-zahaa-manufacturing-aravana-prasadam-sabarimala-temple-kerala-fact-check#read-more\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Quint<\/a> that their popular product &#8216;Aravana Payasam&#8217; has nothing to do with any religion, caste, or creed. Neither is it linked in any way to the deity Ayyappa or the Sabarimala Temple. He also clarified that the company does not have any tender or contract with any company or board in India or Kerala.<\/p>\n<p>The Quint report quoted Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) commissioner BS Prakash as saying that the viral claim is false. He explained that the offering is prepared only by the temple officials, and this work has not been outsourced to any company or organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Alt News reached out to TDB SI via email. The officer also wrote that Dubai-based Al Zahaa doesn\u2019t provide Aravana payasam at Sabrimala and confirmed that the\u00a0offering\u00a0is exclusively made by TDB.
