Both the PM and UP CM Yogi Adityanath interacted with the woman. She also gave a bite to News18. The latter is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www-amarujala-com.translate.goog\/photo-gallery\/shakti\/ias-arti-dogra-biography-short-height-ias-life-story?_x_tr_sl=auto&amp;_x_tr_tl=en&amp;_x_tr_hl=en-GB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IAS officer<\/a> of the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. She is 3-feet and six inches tall. <span class=\"\">Dogra is <a href=\"https:\/\/zeenews.india.com\/hindi\/india\/congress-target-bjp-spokesperson-saina-nc-fact-check-necessary-before-tweeting-ias-arti-dogra-pm-narendra-mod\/1052550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">currently working<\/a> as a Special Secretary in the CMO under the Government of Rajasthan.
