The video has been posted below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=huk2f23d1BU\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=huk2f23d1BU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A number of users on Facebook have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Hearttouchingmessage521\/videos\/624458441250515\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shared<\/a> this video believing the girl in the video is the Kathua victim. She is reciting a poem, <em>&#8216;suna tha behad sunehri hai Dilli&#8230;&#8217;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11613 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/asifasinging-246x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"246\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/asifasinging-246x300.jpg 246w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/asifasinging-344x420.jpg 344w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/asifasinging.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 246px) 100vw, 246px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apart from Facebook, this video has also been posted and shared by users on Twitter. In fact, this video had first been uploaded in July 2017. The Kathua victim had been killed in January 2018. The video of this young girl was first uploaded by Imran Pratapgarhi, who is a poet. Pratapgarhi had written the poem that is being recited by this girl in the video. He himself had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ImranPratapgarhiOfficial\/videos\/1579978735380178\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uploaded<\/a> it on his Facebook page on July 18, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11633\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/Selection_17_04_2018_012.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"561\" height=\"511\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/Selection_17_04_2018_012.png 561w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/Selection_17_04_2018_012-300x273.png 300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/04\/Selection_17_04_2018_012-461x420.png 461w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 561px) 100vw, 561px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After this video became viral in the last couple of days, Pratapgarhi posted a clarification on his Facebook page in which he said that this girl in the video is not the Kathua victim, and that this video had been sent to him by a fan through WhatsApp, which he had subsequently posted on his Facebook page.
