In the video, we see a woman getting out of an auto-rickshaw with a child. As she is speaking to the auto driver, another woman standing in the vicinity picks up the child and flees.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meanwhile, two men recorded this act on their phones. They <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">inform the child&#8217;s mother and head in the direction of the alleged kidnapper. The mother, along with those who had filmed the act, get into a physical altercation with the alleged kidnapper. During this scuffle, one of the men slaps the alleged kidnapper several times. In the end, she confesses and apologises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Social media users have shared the video and claimed the mother was deaf and dumb. Hence she did not notice when her child got kidnapped. A Facebook user posted this video with the same claim. It states that the video &#8220;should be considered for entertainment purposes only&#8221;.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-122784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/2.jpg 810w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/2-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/2-768x355.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Upon further investigation, we found the same video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=616214879345252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted<\/a> on June 7 by a Facebook page called &#8216;Ankur Jatuskaran&#8217;. Ankur Jatuskaran is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Ankur.expose\">video creator<\/a> who often makes prank videos and shares them on his <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC0APNo0O6tEZnASEZMOjGEA\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTube channel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and Facebook page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We examined the Facebook page closely and discovered that it has previously posted several such scripted videos (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100063945526481\/videos\/576822020563492\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">link 1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Ankur.expose\/videos\/719580972601273\/?__tn__=%2CO-R\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">link 2<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Ankur.expose\/videos\/447794199854934\/?__tn__=%2CO-R\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">link 3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">). Apart from this, we noticed that the man seen in the viral clip is Ankur himself. He features as an actor in most of the videos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-122783\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"686\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/3.jpg 810w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/3-300x254.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/07\/3-768x650.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To sum it up, the viral video that shows child kidnapping is actually scripted. In the past, Alt News has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/?s=%E0%A4%B8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%95%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%B0%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%AA%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%9F%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%A1+\">fact-checked multiple such videos<\/a> which are actually dramatised or made for awareness.
