We found that a longer version of the viral document was sent on a Telegram channel named <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/jkssbaspirants\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">JKSSRB ASPIRANTS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on February 18.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/Screenshot_2023-02-22-14-37-17-58_948cd9899890cbd5c2798760b2b95377.jpg?resize=810%2C943&amp;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We noticed that the signature of under secretary with chief secretary Dr Farooq Paul was present on the viral document. Alt News reached out to him for more information on this issue.
