It has been claimed that a cleric was reciting religious verses at the inauguration of the Collector&#8217;s office in Telangana. Twitter user &#8216;Hum Log We The People&#8217; tweeted this video with a similar claim. The user wrote, &#8220;Has Telangana become India&#8217;s first Islamic state?&#8221; The tweet garnered more than 23,000 views as of this writing.
