In February 2018, Congress <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/congress-twitter-handle-conducts-poll-based-fake-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conducted<\/a> a poll based on false, click-bait headlines which claimed that Centre was planning to introduce 13 digit mobile numbers.
