He claimed this was Russia Today&#8217;s ground report from underground in Gaza. It is worth noting that the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IDF\/status\/1718010359397634252\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Israel Defense Force<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> had recently claimed that the headquarters of Hamas&#8217; terrorist activities were located in the tunnels underneath Shifa Hospital, the largest health facility in Gaza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-11-01-124723.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) mouthpiece Organiser Weekly also amplified the video with the same claim. (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/g2NH7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Archived link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-11-01-123520.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The video was being circulated widely by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/g2NH7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Israel My Channel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=As%20Israel%20begins%20targeting%20Gaza%20Terror%20Tunnel%20Network&amp;src=typed_query&amp;f=live\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">number of social media users<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> alike.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fact-check<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alt News performed a reverse image search using a frame taken from the viral report. This led us to a report uploaded by the Twitter handle of RT Arab dated June 14, 2021 containing the same footage.
