The viral clip has been heavily altered. The original speech is available on the Indian National Congress&#8217;s official YouTube channel. The relevant portion, which starts at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/e6-icDc2cIs?feature=shared&amp;t=1060\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">17:40<\/a> , shows Gandhi speaking about a journalist at a press conference in Odisha who asked Rahul Gandhi if the caste census would create a further divide in society.<\/p>\n<p>Gandhi then speaks about the percentages of the people belonging to Other Backwards Castes, Dalits and Adivasis in the society, stating that each group takes up 50%, 15% and 8% of the total population. He then says, <strong>&#8220;50+15+8 is 73&#8230; If 73% are not getting anything, they are not represented in the media, and they are not in the biggest 200 corporates, neither in PMO, nor in the bureaucrats, or private hospitals. No schools or universities are in their hands.
