The rightwing portal, set up around a year ago by Vivek Shetty regularly features \u201cnews\u201d that is in line with the nationalist agenda. With eye-catching headlines and provocatively worded content, Postcard News makes no attempt to hide its obvious attempt to further the pro-government, pro-Hindutva propaganda. Its articles are widely shared among like-minded people though, of late, a steady discontent is building up. <\/p>\n<p>A few days ago, a Twitter user, @rishiuvaach tweeted that another user, Saurabh Jha (@saurabhjha12), is getting abusive and threatening calls from owner of the postcard news portal. \u201cIf something wrong happens with @saurabhjha12 or me, world should know the culprit\u201d, he tweeted. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/right-wing-website-postcard-news-accused-issuing-threats-fellow-right-wingers-questioned-porn-advertisements\/selection_19_04_2017_007\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1778\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/04\/Selection_19_04_2017_007-1024x555.jpg\" alt=\".@saurabhjha12 is getting continuous abusive &amp; threat calls from owner of Post Card portal. I have given my 4-5 years of time, energy and Money with just one hope that these 125 crore people someday (some) awake from sleep. 5. But Now from past 1-2 months some so called Right Wing People who in their Whats App group not only abused me and my friends but they often abuse BJP top leaders and including Shah and Modi Ji. These people talk about becoming Future Finance Minister and Cabinet Minister. They are so mature and Thekedars of Nationalism that they discuss about Cabinet Ministers and spread rumors among Right Wing. 6. These People are attacking me and my work, questioning my integrity on the lack of Knowledge; They defamed my work on a claim that we put those advertisements on footer showing soft porn. We have complained multiple times to Google and other third party agencies and we have the copy of all complaints but sometimes due to browsing History and due to our dependence on them, It appears. We will completely fix that soon. But Instead of reaching out to us, they are selling lies and rumors and abuses on me. Defaming postcard in social media and threatening some others if they share postcard articles\/posts they will be blocked. 7. Let me know What is my fault? Is it my fault to support Ideology? Or Is it fine to digest the attack from our own people? I have digested the attack of Congressi and Aaptards but I felt pain when I consistently facing problem from our own people since two months. In December 2016, postcard news was accused of carrying articles copied from another rightwing platform, OpIndia. In a series of tweets, @bwoyblunder from OpIndia accused postcard news of plagiarising their content. In the first case,they reposted an OpIndia article without permission. When confronted, they removed it. A few days later, they did it again. \u201dNext time post a link of @OpIndia_com itself, instead of stealing our content without permission &#038; without even a link back\u201d, @bwoyblunder rebuked them. Despite this, there was soon a third instance of plagiarism. The two right wing sites were at loggerheads. One may not agree with OpIndia articles but they you usually seem to be original work.
