According to the text on the screen, the video is claimed to be from Kushal Nagar, Kerala. At 2:28, the same visuals are shown for a second time. The relevant portion of the Times Now video can be seen below.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Times Now India Upfront #IndiaForKerala - (video from west bengal)\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/285693610?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Not from Kerala<\/h2>\n<p>Bankura district was hit by the floods in West Bengal this year. An article published by <i>The Hindu <\/i>on August 7, 2018, stated, <i>&#8220;Two people died and at least 2,500 were affected as several areas of Bankura district were flooded due to heavy rain on Monday. Many houses were also damaged.&#8221; <\/i>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QMWr8JM87Js\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visuals of a two storey house<\/a> in Bankura washed away by the floods were widely broadcasted by several media organizations. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has called for help to rebuild the lives of people in the state.
