The woman on their right is Sehgal\u2019s mother, Vijaylakshmi Pandit, who was the High Commissioner to the\u00a0UK at that time. Alt News had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/bjp-cell-head-amit-malviya-shares-affectionate-pictures-nehru-sister-niece-claims-hardik-patels-dna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">debunked<\/a> this image last year as well when BJP IT Cell Head Amit Malviya also shared the photograph to malign Nehru.<\/p>\n<p>A video of Nehru&#8217;s arrival posted by\u00a0vintage television company\u00a0British Path\u00e9 on their YouTube channel provides a clearer context. The attempt at character assassination not only takes place with the help of false narratives but also fake images.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Image of an actor playing Nehru shared as\u00a0an\u00a0actual image of the former PM<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recently, another purported photograph of Jawaharlal Nehru was doing rounds on social media, attempting to show him intimate with a woman.
