The above photograph has circulated on social media with the narrative that this little girl was arrested by the Kerala goverment. A Facebook page, \u0c39\u0c3f\u0c02\u0c26\u0c42 \u0c39\u0c3f\u0c02\u0c26\u0c41\u0c24\u0c4d\u0c35\u0c02 – Hindu Hindutvam<\/a><\/i> has shared the photo with the aforementioned text. The message suggested that this young girl was ‘fighting’ against the Supreme court judgement allowing entry of women of menstruating age in the Sabarimala temple.<\/p>\n

Several other individuals on Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a> have shared this image with this narrative.\u00a0One more Facebook page, Wise Indian Tongue – WIT<\/a><\/i> <\/i>has also shared the photo with a message, “Baby arrested. RIP PINNIYARI Commie govt.. be safe dear.”\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

What is the truth?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Using the Google reverse image search tool, Alt News found the same photo posted on a website, Sharestills.com<\/a>. According to her profile, Akshara Kishor is a child artist who has worked in several Malayalam television serials and films.<\/p>\n

The same image which is now being shared on social media was also posted on the official Facebook page<\/a> of Akshara Kishor on November 9, 2017.<\/p>\n
