A video is viral on WhatsApp in particular with the claim that a house painter, hailing from the town of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh, has been shot dead by an unknown assailant in Kerala.<\/p>\n

This graphic video shows a man, who appears to be painting a wall while standing on a wooden support, shot from a close distance, at least seventeen times in a space of 13 seconds.<\/p>\n
