The same clip, shared at around the same time by <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/RagDarbari2\/videos\/%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B8%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8-%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BE-%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%B0%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%9C-%E0%A4%AE%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%AB-%E0%A4%A8%E0%A4%B9%E0%A5%80%E0%A4%82-%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%B0%E0%A4%A8%E0%A4%BE-%E0%A4%9A%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%B9%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%8F-%E0%A4%87%E0%A4%B8%E0%A4%B8%E0%A5%87-%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B8%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8-%E0%A4%95%E0%A5%80-%E0%A4%86%E0%A4%A6%E0%A4%A4-%E0%A4%96%E0%A4%B0%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%AC-%E0%A4%B9%E0%A5%8B-%E0%A4%9C%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A4%E0%A5%80-%E0%A4%B9%E0%A5%88\/1741217055955570\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rag Darbari<\/a><\/em>, a Facebook page has been shared more than 22,000 times and viewed over 500,000 times. BJP leader <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AtmaramPatelKasrawad\/videos\/754933001514770\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Atmaram Patel<\/a> also shared this clip from <em>Rag Darbari<\/em> suggesting that Rahul Gandhi made such a statement.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Merged clips of the same speech<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hindi.boomlive.in\/another-fake-video-of-rahul-gandhi-on-farm-loan-waiver-goes-viral-on-social-media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Boom Live<\/em><\/a> had earlier fact-checked the same claim. We found that this video was clipped from a speech delivered by Rahul Gandhi at a public rally in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"LIVE: Congress President Rahul Gandhi addresses Kisan-Adivasi Rally at Bilaspur\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MrZZ7wF3JMI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>At 27:52 in the above video, Rahul Gandhi can be heard saying, <em>&#8220;Last year, the Indian government had waived off Rs 2.5 lakh crore debt of India&#8217;s top 15 industrialists but the same government which can forgive Rs 2.5 lakhs crore for these fifteen people, cannot write off the debt of crores of farmers. Their leaders say that farmers&#8217; loans shouldn&#8217;t be waived-off because if they are, farmers will get used to getting remittances.
