VIDEO DATES BACK TO 2016<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Using the InVid software, we broke the video into several key frames. We took one of the frames and reverse searched it. Using the keywords ‘PM Modi bows three times after addressing’<\/em>, we came across an article of The Indian Express<\/em><\/a> titled, “PM Modi breaks down on stage: Three Speeches when he was overcome with emotion”<\/em>. The article referred to PM Modi’s emotional appeal in Goa in November 2016 after demonetisation was announced by his govt on November 8 that year.<\/p>\n

Alt News searched for the footage of this event on YouTube with the words, ‘PM Modi addressing in Goa’<\/a>. We found a video posted by the official account of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The hour long video was of PM Modi’s speech in Goa on November 13, 2016.<\/p>\n
