We took one of the frames and reverse searched it. Using the keywords<em> &#8216;PM Modi bows three times after addressing&#8217;<\/em>, we came across an article of <a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/india\/india-news-india\/pm-modi-cries-at-speech-three-other-speeches-when-he-broke-down-4372977\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>The Indian Express<\/em><\/a> titled, <em>&#8220;PM Modi breaks down on stage: Three Speeches when he was overcome with emotion&#8221;<\/em>. The article referred to PM Modi&#8217;s emotional appeal in Goa in November 2016 after demonetisation was announced by his govt on November 8 that year.<\/p>\n<p>Alt News searched for the footage of this event on YouTube with the words,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=pm+modi+addressing+in+goa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> &#8216;PM Modi addressing in Goa&#8217;<\/a>. We found a video posted by the official account of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The hour long video was of PM Modi&#8217;s speech in Goa on November 13, 2016.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PM&#039;s speech at launch of various projects in Goa: 13.11.2016\" width=\"1290\" height=\"968\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EtgqWWP-mTY?start=3780&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In the video posted above, PM Modi can be seen bowing repeatedly in front of the audience he has just addressed.
