The Indian government has taken this decision after Supreme Court&#8217;s indifference.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Another Facebook page (and website of the same name)\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DDBhartiHindiNews\/posts\/2151732714920185?__tn__=-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DD Bharti<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>has published an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ddbharti.in\/news\/pm-modi-biga-ction-on-ram-temple-land-case.html?fbclid=IwAR2ZdNznCbV2RlOU9TA6ZSeWB2G8tOUeKfLcRAwm1TlvmjnXXrEySViqjUs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">identical report<\/a> which has drawn over 1,400 shares.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26918 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/bharti.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/bharti.png 500w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/bharti-292x300.png 292w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ironically, if the aforementioned articles are read in their entirety, the later parts state that the BJP has asked the Supreme Court for a no objection certificate (NOC) to start constructing Ram Mandir on &#8220;allocated and authorised land&#8221;. The websites also hyperlinked BJP MP Subramanian Swamy&#8217;s tweet where he clearly writes &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8220;&#8230;centre was keen to obtain prior permission to start construction.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The Centre has gone to SC in a WP to seek release of the non &#8211; disputed part of RJB land of 67 acres to start immediate construction. My meeting last evening with HM I had a discussion on my approach. It has only sought the apex court&#8217;s nod\u00a0to return\u00a0the land adjacent to the disputed site\u00a0to Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas (temple trust) and other owners.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26916 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/today-india.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"723\" height=\"602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/today-india.png 723w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/today-india-300x250.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 723px) 100vw, 723px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>According to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.news18.com\/news\/politics\/centre-plea-in-supreme-court-to-return-undisputed-ayodhya-land-to-ram-temple-trust-2017335.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News18<\/a>, &#8220;Seeking to speed up the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya in the face of judicial delays and growing pressure from the RSS, the central government has moved the Supreme Court, saying it is &#8220;duty bound&#8221; to return to Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas and other owners the land adjacent to the disputed site in Ayodhya.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A copy of the centre&#8217;s petition has been uploaded by <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiatoday.in\/india\/story\/ayodhya-dispute-government-moves-supreme-court-1441504-2019-01-29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">India Today<\/a>, <\/em>which clearly states &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8220;It is respectfully submitted that while providing for an appropriate planning map and thereby assuring that the ultimate party\/ies succeeding\u00a0the appeals (pertaining to disputed land) can get &#8220;proper access to and enjoyment of rights in the disputed land&#8221;, the balance land can always be restored\/ reverted\/ handed over back to RJB Nyas as well as other owners\/occupiers from whom the respective parcels of land were acquired.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26915 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/ayodhya-e1548845787694.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"610\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/ayodhya-e1548845787694.png 694w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/01\/ayodhya-e1548845787694-300x264.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 694px) 100vw, 694px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the claims circulating on social media that the government has gone against the Supreme Court and started the construction of Ram Mandir are completely false.
