The video has been posted on a YouTube channel called &#8220;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCLygiYNUShlMDL6NbQZQr8g\/about\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Rail Mail<\/a><\/em>&#8221; on December 20, 2018. The about section of this YouTube Channel suggests that the videos on this channel are posted by Train enthusiasts, also known as &#8216;Train spotters&#8217;. The YouTube channel also has its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/therailmail\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook page<\/a>, and the Facebook user who contested the minister is an admin on the Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/02\/Selection_10_02_2019_005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"477\" height=\"133\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/02\/Selection_10_02_2019_005.jpg 477w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/02\/Selection_10_02_2019_005-300x84.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The portion of the video that Piyush Goyal tweeted starts at the 26th second in the video below. <\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/youtu.be\/0_FTu9DBxMg?t=26\\]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From the above video, it is clear that the video posted by the Railway Minister was a clipped portion of the above YouTube video, which was then speeded up to twice its original speed.
