Request to all please be careful and safe time ..<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Rajsarsuppoter\/\">Rajsar Foundation Since 2017<\/a> on Wednesday, 20 February 2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>The video is widely shared on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/search\/videos\/?q=Bomb%20Dilshad%20garden%20metro&amp;epa=SERP_TAB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?f=tweets&amp;vertical=default&amp;q=dilshad%20garden%20metro%20bomb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zKzlYua1IfM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>, suggesting its possible circulation on WhatsApp as well.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"False claim viral: Bomb found at Delhi&#039;s Dilshad garden metro station\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/318695565?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1290\" height=\"687\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Mock drill<\/h2>\n<p>The 31-second clip has been posted with a false narrative. There are no media reports which substantiate the claim that a bomb was discovered at Dilshad garden metro station. It is unlikely that a piece of news this serious goes unreported in the media.<\/p>\n<p>There are other hints which suggest that the viral claims are untrue. If one carefully watches the video, the police are not evacuating citizens from the station. Commuters and passers-by are freely walking to and from the station.<\/p>\n<p>Several individual users have commented that it represents a mock drill. Alt News also found YouTube videos of the incident shot from a different angle that describe the incident as,\u00a0<em>&#8220;Dilshad Garden metro station McDonald&#8217;s bomb mock drill.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dilshad Garden Metro Station McDonald bomb mock drill\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BYaX8t-CrA0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We contacted Dilshad Garden police station for confirmation and this article will be updated if and when the police respond.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t an isolated case of a police mock drill video shared on social media as &#8220;bomb found&#8221; or &#8220;terror attack&#8221;. Earlier this month, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/mock-drill-at-dmart-hypermarket-in-mumbai-viral-as-terrorists-caught-by-police\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">counterterrorism mock drill conducted in Mumbai&#8217;s DMart hypermarket<\/a> was shared as &#8220;terrorists caught by police.&#8221; Last month, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/telangana-police-mock-drill-video-viral-as-terror-attack-in-tirupathi-tirumala-bypass-road\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Telangana police mock drill video<\/a>\u00a0was viral as a terror attack in Tirupathi Tirumala bypass road.
