(<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/konsn\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Archived link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/Screenshot-2024-08-21-223248.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><b>Fact Check<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Upon closely analysing the video in slow motion, Alt News observed a board outside the room. Although the entire text on the board is not fully visible, words like &#8220;Notary,&#8221; &#8220;Court,&#8221; and &#8220;Jagadhri&#8221; were clearly visible. To gather more information, we conducted a keyword search related to the incident. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This led us to an article published on the website of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bhaskar.com\/local\/haryana\/yamunanagar\/news\/yamunanagar-clashes-between-clerks-and-typists-haryana-news-133507135.html\">Dainik Bhaskar<\/a> that provides details about the case. According to this report, the altercation took place at the Jagadhri court in Haryana between a typist named Ravi Pratap and a clerk named Ramesh Chand. The dispute was over Rs. 650, with Ramesh Chand claiming that he had hired Ravi Pratap to type a claim. The Sector 17 police have registered a case regarding the incident. In other words, the person being beaten in the video is neither a judge nor is the incident related to dissatisfaction with a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> judgement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/Screenshot-2024-08-21-223625.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dainik Bhaskar also produced a video report on this matter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[Video]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition, a YouTube channel named Dastaan-e-Haryana <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">shared a video explaining that the conflict was between a typist and a clerk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=aMVqBh3uu6M?si=4Uq8KF79d15XBfUx]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To sum it up, social media users are sharing a video of a dispute over money between a typist and a clerk at the Jagadhri court in Haryana with the false claim that a person, dissatisfied with a judgement, started beating up a judge in the courtroom.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A recently viral video on social media depicts a scene where two individuals fight inside a room.
