Voting was held for all constituencies on February 5 and results were announced on February 8.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/FeZYw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABPLive<\/a> uploaded the purported video clip with a caption that, \u201cDelhi Election Result: Congress is celebrating their 4.5% votes share in Delhi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0PmUOL7eSN8?si=pIZ4n8b_tr3OovZo]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Right-wing influencer Raushan Sinha shared the video on X (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MrSinha_\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">@MrSinha_<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) with the claim that there was a celebration happening at the Congress headquarters for maintaining their previous election result of securing nil seats at Delhi assembly. Mr. Sinha had reshared posts from January by users <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/mohitrajdubey\/status\/1882358021894140213\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mohit Raj Dubey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Radhika_Khera\/status\/1882505628863918407\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Radhika Khera<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> respectively. This clearly shows that the video predates the recently held Delhi assembly elections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then we performed a reverse image search with some key frames from the video. This led us to several posts on social media platforms from January 2025, that is much before the elections. A tweet by <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Ajay_reporter\/status\/1882355436231483408\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ajay Jha<\/a> dated January 23 said, \u201cBeyond victory and defeat&#8230; Congress launched its &#8216;theme song&#8217; for the Delhi assembly elections with drums and trumpets. The caption read, \u201cCongress launched its theme song for the Delhi Elections, with party leaders dancing to the tune\u201d. The video report features similar frames along with the entire theme song.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=C19u_nlmBdI?si=g65DNi57Uo0KGqwp]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During our investigation we also found that the YouTube channel of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Qq4-RmDziuo&amp;t=12s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indian National Congress<\/a> had live streamed the launch of their official theme song for Delhi assembly elections.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Qq4-RmDziuo?si=rUHCThf34bPFcPcX]<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/india\/har-jarurat-hogi-puri-congress-releases-campaign-song-ahead-of-delhi-polls\/articleshow\/117490546.cms\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Times of India<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> also reported on January 23 that ahead of Delhi assembly polls, Congress had released a new campaign song titled, \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Har jarurat hogi puri, Dilli meh Congress hai jaruri<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d (Every need will be fulfilled, Delhi needs Congress).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-295051 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2025\/02\/2025-02-11-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2025\/02\/2025-02-11-8.png 726w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2025\/02\/2025-02-11-8-300x248.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 726px) 100vw, 726px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To sum up, the video clip of Congress leaders dancing is from the launch of the party&#8217;s official campaign song on January 23, 2025.
