Those sharing it have claimed the video is from Iran and shows Iranian women breaking free of the conservative chokehold of the regime, which imposes strict rules on women, in a strong message to the authorities.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-300783-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/video.twimg.com\/amplify_video\/1935035240105525248\/vid\/avc1\/720x1280\/jVTToCrRGGa7t1D4.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/video.twimg.com\/amplify_video\/1935035240105525248\/vid\/avc1\/720x1280\/jVTToCrRGGa7t1D4.mp4\">https:\/\/video.twimg.com\/amplify_video\/1935035240105525248\/vid\/avc1\/720x1280\/jVTToCrRGGa7t1D4.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>The video has emerged amid the recent escalation in tensions between Iran and Israel, which began on June 13 with Israel attacking nuclear and military sites in Iran, resulting in the death of 585 people across the country, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6tF7BAM0XsA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to a Washington-based Iranian human rights organisation. Iran soon retaliated with a spate of ballistic missile attacks on several key cities of Israel, which continued through the following days, resulting in the death of <a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2025\/06\/16\/middleeast\/bomb-shelters-israel-iran-missiles-intl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">24 people<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On June 17, X user <span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/realMaalouf\/status\/1934944645538324485?t=civ2L-JLzHdUkp3Z7FBOwA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@realMaalouf<\/a> posted the video of the woman dancing in the rain, labelling it as a &#8216;message&#8217; to the Islamic regime. The user posited the video as an act of defiance by Iranian women against the regime, which is also under attack by Israel. At the time of this article being written, the post had been viewed over\u00a0 600,000 times and reshared over 14,000 times. It has also seen significant traction, with more than 1.7 lakh views. In her bio, she identifies herself as Tamta Sabelashvili, a personal trainer based in Strasbourg, a city in northeastern France.
