video, we noticed that a logo was visible in it. When we searched for this logo with the help of Google Lens, we found that it was the logo of \u201cKannada Pichhar\u201d, a social media handle that posts content related to Kannada cinema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/sites\/2\/2025\/07\/LOGO-1024x889.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, we performed a reverse image search with frames taken from the video in question. This time, we found the same footage uploaded on the YouTube channel of \u201cKannada Pichhar\u201d on April 15, 2025. In the accompanying caption, the video was described as the making of the film \u2018Deadly Soma 2\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nzonKFgjdQI?si=BCzXLupx8pyZ7bCK]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apart from this, we also discovered that the same video had also been uploaded on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DIdnISDvLBY\/?hl=en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instagram page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of \u201cKannada Pichhar\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Along with this, there are many other videos from the shooting of the film \u201cDeadly Soma 2\u201d on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/UqOUvZNSvSY?si=Dsjc0kHSkmca9FCj\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTube channel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DIdqMSyP9wg\/?hl=en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instagram page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of \u201cKannada Pichhar\u201d, in which a cameraman can also be seen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UqOUvZNSvSY?si=UrNuwAUP6iZLFjW9]<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/XeN18gFY0qw?si=aYqtoRWOiLBQiqdS\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">News 26 Kannada<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> aired some of the above-mentioned footage in a report and noted that the film was being shot in Bengaluru. \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kannada.news18.com\/news\/entertainment\/sandalwood-deadly-soma-part-2-movie-shooting-latest-updates-rvj-yda-2053537.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deadly Soma 2<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d is the sequel of the 2005 Kannada film \u201cDeadly Soma\u201d, which was directed by Ravi Srivatsa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In other words, the viral video does not show police actually beating up youths on the streets, but is a scene from the shooting of a Kannada film.
