The COAS made this speech at IIT Madras. The video is 48 minutes long, and the part that is now viral, begins at the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/EvM-_sEFhSo?si=7guPo0XROjZjBp3f&amp;t=659\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10:59-minute mark<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EvM-_sEFhSo?si=7guPo0XROjZjBp3f&amp;start=659]<\/p>\n<p>Here, the COAS mentions the non-kinetic quadrant and the possibility of war, which we also hear in the viral clip. However, he does not say anything about India losing jets or soldiers. As far as the grey zone is concerned, it&#8217;s ever-present and this will remain&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We also ran a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%22COAS%22+AND+%22Upendra+Dwivedi%22+AND+%22jets%22+AND+%22250+soldiers%22&amp;rlz=1C1CHBF_enIN1076IN1076&amp;oq=%22COAS%22+AND+%22Upendra+Dwivedi%22+AND+%22jets%22+AND+%22250+soldiers%22&amp;gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIHCAEQABjvBTIKCAIQABiABBiiBNIBCTI5MzgxajBqN6gCALACAA&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relevant keyword search<\/a> to check if any news outlets covered the COAS&#8217;s statement on India losing six jets and 250 soldiers, but found none. Considering the significance of the statement, it was unlikely that no media covered it.
