The caption explicitly mentioned that the incident took place in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Barrio Jara, Asunci\u00f3n, the Capital of Paraguay.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The caption, when translated to English, reads,\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A thief bypassed security wires and stole a bicycle from a house.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> A security camera captured the moment the lone criminal scaled the fence of a house, which was topped with razor wire. He made off with a bike and fled the scene.
