Facebook page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/YogiSarkarr\/photos\/a.1205253716246439\/1439938446111297\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Yogi Sarkar<\/em><\/a> had posted it in May 2018, which was shared over 3500 times. It was also <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ashishsraja1\/status\/995670803881627649?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E995670803881627649&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026%2Fhindi%2Fviral-pic-of-sonia-gandhi-sitting-on-the-lap-of-a-man%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shared on Twitter<\/a>. This photograph had been fact-checked by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/viral-pic-of-sonia-gandhi-sitting-on-the-lap-of-a-man\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alt News Hindi<\/a> in May 2018, when it was shared widely. Sonia Gandhi&#8217;s image from the above picture was cropped and placed together with that of Mr. Gayoom.
