A careful glance at the clipping was sufficient to reveal that the image has been morphed. The font, size and colour of the words \u201c\u09b9\u09bf\u09a8\u09cd\u09a6\u09c1 (Hindu)\u201d and \u201c\u0995\u09be\u0981\u09a6\u09be \u09a4\u09c7 (cry)\u201d do not match the words in the rest of the sentence. They are not in perfect alignment, are larger than the other words and are in a deeper shade of black.
