Alt News broke the video into multiple frames and reserve-searched one of the images on Google. We were led to a YouTube handle which had uploaded the same video last year titled &#8211; &#8216;Kashmir News&#8217;. The description of the clip says, <em>&#8220;Civilian death toll mounts to seven in Kulgam* Srinagar, Oct 21(GNS): The civilian death toll has risen to seven with the death of another.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/pOgILhhoiLY\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/pOgILhhoiLY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When we searched for videos on YouTube using keywords &#8211; &#8216;Kulgam blast&#8217; &#8211; we found an October 22, 2018 broadcast by <em>IB Times\u00a0<\/em>which carried the same video. Identical visuals can be seen 0:32 seconds onward.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Watch: Five civilians including a 10-year-old killed in Kulgam blast\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L0pjkZ7inrM?start=34&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>An additional spokesperson of JKNC had also tweeted the video last year.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">People who keep commenting so much about Kashmir without knowing what it is like to live here must watch this video. According to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/india-news\/7-civilians-die-in-explosion-after-j-k-encounter-in-kulgam-3-jaish-militants-dead\/story-YNnNQDHVcF7w38NcCi5p6I.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hindustan Times<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>the police said that three Jaish terrorists were also gunned down in the encounter.
