It pertains to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehindubusinessline.com\/news\/national\/cisf-jawan-killed-another-injured-in-srinagar-militant-attack\/article20663889.ece1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">terror attack<\/a> in Srinagar in September 2013, in which a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) jawan was killed.
