Digital artwork<\/h2>\n

The video does not show Hurricane Dorian but is a digitally-created artwork. US-based photographer\u00a0Brent Shavnore<\/a> had uploaded the clip on his Instagram account. \"\"<\/p>\n

In an email conversation with AFP,\u00a0<\/em>he said that the video is an animated version of a composite image he created. The video was created by Instagram user\u00a0TheGlitch<\/a><\/em>. \u201cYes Instagram user\u00a0TheGlitch was the person who animated the storm. I combined the two Shutterstock pictures together to create the artwork. That video on YouTube is my tutorial explaining how it’s done,\u201d<\/em> Shavnore wrote to\u00a0AFP.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The two photographs he combined – 1<\/a> and 2<\/a> – to create the artwork were also revealed to AFP.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
