Please make this video viral.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 3, Twitter user <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"><em>@wasim_dr<\/em> was among those who shared the video. According to the report, security guards in Malm\u00f6, Sweden, used violent measures to control a minor boy who tried <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">to sneak inside a train<\/span>. <em>Aftenposten <\/em>cited a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sydsvenskan.se\/2015-04-20\/inget-atal-mot-vakterna-pa-malmo-c\">report from April 20, 2015, in <em>Sydsvenskan,<\/em><\/a> a daily newspaper published in Scania, Sweden<em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>We further did a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=firefox-b-d&amp;sxsrf=ACYBGNR6NMjm-DKSZxmJcIG18vXdILYCQA%3A1575721120711&amp;ei=oJjrXarmKs-o9QPP8Ja4Cg&amp;q=sweden+police+attack+boy+train&amp;oq=sweden+police+attack+boy+train&amp;gs_l=psy-ab.3..33i160l2.5254.6495..6776...0.0..0.188.1407.0j8......0....1..gws-wiz.......35i39j33i22i29i30.7ZUHbeXpv3E&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiqtqjNwqPmAhVPVH0KHU-4BacQ4dUDCAo&amp;uact=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">keyword search on Google<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;Sweden police attack boy train&#8221; &#8211; and found a February 2015 report in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelocal.se\/20150209\/station-guards-accused-of-violent-assault-on-boy-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Local<\/a>, <\/em>a European news publisher. The article included the video by <em>Sydsvenskan<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Vakt dunkade nio\u00e5rings huvud i marken\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PuSmRbU59lM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>The Local<\/em> reported, <em>&#8220;The guard, employed by security company Svensk Bevakningstj\u00e4nst<\/em> <em>(at Malm\u00f6 <span class=\"caption-text\">central station<\/span>)<\/em>,<em> had detained the (nine-year-old) boy and his 12-year-old friend after they were thrown off a train for travelling without a ticket.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>In November 2015, <a href=\"https:\/\/observers.france24.com\/en\/20150211-video-sweden-guard-boy-malmo-security\">a report by <em>The Observers (France 24)<\/em><\/a> stated,<em> &#8220;The boys had run away from a care home and several witnesses said that they were not able to speak Swedish.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/world\/europe\/swedes-shaken-by-assault-on-child-migrant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article in <em>The Straits Times<\/em><\/a> identified the boy as Moroccan and reported, <em>&#8220;The security guard has been suspended pending a police investigation into the incident&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;After the incident, the boy was returned to a care home where he had been placed after arriving in Sweden, but within a few hours ran away with a 12-year-old boy, described in the media as being his half brother, from a car taking them to local Migration Board offices. <\/em><em>He was found by police in neighbouring Denmark on Friday, in the midst of a national outcry over racism among security staff and police,&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>added the report.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sydsvenskan.se\/2015-04-20\/inget-atal-mot-vakterna-pa-malmo-c\">report by <em>Sydsvenskan<\/em><\/a> stated<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"> that the guards were not legally prosecuted for their violent intervention against two young minor boys at the Malm\u00f6 central.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the social media claim that an Israeli policeman strangled a Palestinian child to death<em>\u00a0<\/em>is false. The video is of a 2015 incident in Malm\u00f6, Sweden where a security guard at the <span class=\"caption-text\">Malm\u00f6 central station<\/span> attacked a nine-year-old after he boarded a train without a ticket.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, several accounts on Twitter posted a video of a policeman pinning down a young boy.
