SP Singh <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ANINewsUP\/status\/1210817803499929601?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">defended his position<\/a> with the claim, <em>&#8220;Some boys raised Pakistan zindabad slogans after seeing us.&#8221; <\/em>The senior police officer alleged that his &#8220;go to Pakistan&#8221; statement was in response to the boys&#8217; anti-India sloganeering.<\/p>\n<p>The same video was tweeted with the identical claim by Haryana BJP IT cell head <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/beingarun28\/status\/1210931880276611073?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arun Yadav<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>MEDIA REPORTS<\/h2>\n<p>Media outlet\u00a0<em>Zee News\u00a0<\/em>ran a broadcast based on the video and declared that &#8216;Pakistan zindabad&#8217; slogans were indeed raised at an anti-CAA rally in Lucknow on December 13. <em>Zee News\u00a0<\/em>also stated that flags of Asaduddin Owaisi&#8217;s party AIMIM can be spotted in the clip.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"CAAProtest : \u0939\u093f\u0902\u0926\u0941\u0938\u094d\u0924\u093e\u0928 \u092e\u0947\u0902 \u092a\u093e\u0915\u093f\u0938\u094d\u0924\u093e\u0928 \u091c\u093f\u0902\u0926\u093e\u092c\u093e\u0926 \u0915\u0947 \u0928\u093e\u0930\u0947 \u0915\u0948\u0938\u0947?\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/x3GdyCKt9zo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>Republic<\/em>\u00a0broadcast a show on the video titled, <em>&#8220;Unverified Video Surfaces From UP: &#8216;Pakistan Zindabad&#8217; Slogans Raised At AIMIM Rally In Lucknow.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>The channel spoke to a correspondent Vasudev who claimed that an FIR was lodged after the December 13 rally which states that &#8216;Pakistan zindabad&#8217; slogans were raised during the protest. However, Vasudev added that no arrests have been made yet and the police are investigating who raised the chants.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Unverified Video Surfaces From UP: &#039;Pakistan Zindabad&#039; Slogans Raised At AIMIM Rally In Lucknow\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RxyX6moSK_w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The video is also massively viral on social media &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/search\/videos\/?q=Pakistan%20Zindabad%20lucknow&amp;epa=SERP_TAB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=Pakistan%20Zindabad%20lucknow&amp;f=live\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a>. One <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NeetuGarg6\/status\/1210888411264868352?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">Neetu Garg<\/a>, who is followed by PM Modi and Amit Shah, quote-tweeted Meerut SP Akhilesh Narayan Singh&#8217;s statement and shared the same video. Several other users &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Being_Vinita\/status\/1210898853118926849\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vinita Hindustani<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ThePoojaSingh1\/status\/1210892297123971072\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pooja Singh<\/a> &#8211; tweeted the clip as well.<\/p>\n<p>It has also been shared on YouTube by multiple channels including <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=juUXS3dSr0E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Breaking Tube.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>This channel has been found circulating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/accident-during-muharram-procession-portrayed-as-sword-attack-by-muslims-on-hindu-boy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">misinformation<\/a> in the past.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;KASHIF SAAB ZINDABAD&#8221; NOT PAKISTAN ZINDABAD<\/h2>\n<p>If one carefully listens to the audio, the protesters are not chanting &#8216;Pakistan zindabad&#8217; but &#8216;Kashif saab zindabad&#8217;. Protesters marched from Clock Tower to Teele Wali Masjid in Lucknow. According to a December 15 <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/cities\/sedition-charge-caa-protestors-say-did-not-raise-any-anti-india-slogan\/story-dfhq90tTta5i6w7rq2KwMP.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hindustan Times<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>report, two FIRs were filed against the protestors.\u00a0<em>&#8220;The first FIR was lodged on the complaint of Satkhanda police outpost in-charge sub-inspector Rajiv Dwivedi. In his complaint, Dwivedi mentioned that a group of people gathered near Clock Tower without permission and raised anti-India slogans&#8230;Another FIR for violation of prohibitory orders was lodged at Chowk police station against the protestors, who staged a demonstration when they reached Teele Wali Masjid.<\/em><em>&#8221; <\/em>However, CAA protesters and AIMIM representatives claimed that they had held a peaceful protest and did not raise any slogan against the country.<\/p>\n<p>Alt News was able to access a copy of both the FIRs. Media outlet <em>Republic&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>claim that the FIR mentions &#8216;Pakistan zindabad&#8217; slogans were raised is false. As per the complaint, protesters at AIMIM rally raised slogans against the Indian government, NRC and CAA. It also mentions that they chanted provocative slogans. The FIRs were lodged under various sections of the IPC, including sedition.<\/p>\n<p>According to a December 18 report by <em><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/india\/lucknow-sedition-charges-dropped-over-anti-national-slogans-6172333\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Indian Express<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>the police dropped sedition charges saying they \u201ccould not be substantiated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Multiple social media users, media outlets <em>Republic\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Zee News,\u00a0<\/em>and BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya shared the video in question with a false claim.
