In response, Shaheen Bagh protesters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news18.com\/news\/buzz\/shaheen-baghs-women-protesters-send-rs-1-crore-defamation-notice-to-bjps-amit-malviya-2467261.html\">reportedly<\/a> filed a Rs 1 crore defamation lawsuit against Malviya<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>On January 18, Facebook user Megha Agarwal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=2518546678465861&amp;set=basw.AbqyJY6U9am5wzswB6p1XG6T3pkH_KALaW1xqR9UOACjoqc3vZu4MnBYdWgZ-mb5buQ_IUJNcxtyu4CEV4aTPQPKeDrhy68GidQhnn_utbpzamq5msJSQD6ouk4pAPtC91Vj2KHc15T9AMcgVmsOyyB6s63I0KPgV4jK1mW97z8Bnw.2493238990922816.2490885474562029.2625609597486244.2518546678465861.2662740460621469.2818585808221878&amp;type=1&amp;theater\">posted<\/a> a collage of two images with the hashtag #\u0936\u093e\u0939\u0940\u0928_\u092c\u093e\u0917_\u0915\u0940_\u092c\u093f\u0915\u093e\u090a_\u0914\u0930\u0924\u0947 (#Shaheen_Bagh_Ki_Bikau_Auratey). According to the report, the picture was clicked by Money Sharma\/ AFP (Agence France-Presse). Here, the banner reads, &#8216;Take back CAA Take back NCR [Translated from CAA \u0935\u093e\u092a\u0938 \u0932\u094b NRC \u0935\u093e\u092a\u0938 \u0932\u094b]&#8217;. The image is available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gettyimages.in\/detail\/news-photo\/in-this-photograph-taken-on-january-7-protesters-stand-in-news-photo\/1192799241?adppopup=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Getty Images<\/em><\/a> as well. The stock photo agency also credits it to Money Sharma. The article however is misleading as the title poses an allegation as a fact.
