He threatened to take things in his own hands if the police fail. Soon after his address, violence broke out in the area.<\/p>\n<p>A Facebook page &#8216;Imran Bankwi&#8217; shared an infographic alleging the same. This Happened Only After Kapil Mishra&#8217;s Inflammatory Speech. From Maujpur To Jaffrabad, Goons Are Attacking Anti CAA Protestors With Weapons &amp; Burning Public Properties.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the page raised two allegations &#8211; 1) Jafrabad shooter was seen with Kapil Mishra, and 2) Shooter was part of a mob supporting the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).<\/p>\n<p>A Twitter wrote, &#8220;Who is the man behind Kapil Mishra &#8211; the one who has brandished a gun on the police &#8211; can anyone tell? We spoke with reporters on the ground who identified that the shooter emerged amid the group protesting against the CAA. After multiple visual observations, we could conclude that he was part of the anti-CAA faction.<\/p>\n<p>To fact check the second claim &#8211; that the shooter was seen with Kapil Mishra &#8211; Alt News compared the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c64KynJC1X8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> facial features of the man seen with Mishra<\/a> and Shahrukh.
