A Google reverse image search revealed that the photo was <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IYC\/status\/1116303857376616449\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tweeted<\/a> by the official handle of Youth Congress on April 11, 2019.
