We found the same via a Google reverse image search of a keyframe of the video. On March 28, 2020, Facebook page &#8216;War Against to Coronavirus&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sibtehassa\/posts\/117198559918489\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">posted<\/a> two videos of the incident and wrote, &#8220;Manshara Police Zindabad Section 144.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sibtehassa\/posts\/117198559918489\" data-width=\"500\" data-show-text=\"true\">\n<blockquote class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\" cite=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/sibtehassa\/posts\/117198559918489\"><p>mansehra police zindabad Section 144<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sibtehassa\/\">War Against to Corona virus<\/a> on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/sibtehassa\/posts\/117198559918489\">Saturday, March 28, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>A Pakistani Twitter user had <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CmHazara\/status\/1244265247747309576?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">posted<\/a> the viral video on March 29, 2020, and tagged several prominent handles including the police.<span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u00a0<\/span>Manshara police responded to his tweet and wrote, &#8220;DIG Hazara and DPO Manashara have already taken notice of this incident and asked Ainda to desist from giving such punishments in any police station.
