As per the blog, the image shows Nigerian soldiers who were martyred while battling against militant Islamist group Boko Haram. The blog reported that the bodies of the slain soldiers were secretly buried by the Nigerian army at the military cemetery in Maiduguri, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-69289 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2020\/06\/Screenshot-2020-06-18-at-18.47.01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"743\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2020\/06\/Screenshot-2020-06-18-at-18.47.01.png 743w, https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2020\/06\/Screenshot-2020-06-18-at-18.47.01-300x208.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 743px) 100vw, 743px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Using this as a clue, we performed a keyword search and found that Nigeria-based <a href=\"https:\/\/guardian.ng\/news\/huriwa-demands-probe-of-alleged-secret-burial-of-105-soldiers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Guardian<\/a>\u00a0published a report in December 2015 on the incident.
