Modiji won&#8217;t come here, only Aslam Bhai will.&#8221; Twitter handle @MyBharat9 tweeted the video with the same claim. At the time of writing this article, the tweet garnered over 2,600 retweets. Media outlets like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsnationtv.com\/india\/news\/viral-video-of-a-muslim-group-forcibly-closed-hymn-by-entering-pandal-in-malad-durga-puja-pandal-110300.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">News Nation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/swarajyamag.com\/insta\/modi-wont-come-here-aslam-bhai-will-video-shows-congress-goons-stopping-music-at-puja-pandal-in-mumbai#bypass-sw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Swarajya<\/a> (now deleted), <a href=\"https:\/\/hindi.opindia.com\/reports\/a-muslim-group-forcibly-closed-hymn-in-malad-durga-puja-pandal-video-viral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OpIndia<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J2todkbPds0&amp;ab_channel=inKhabar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">InKhabar<\/a> passed it off with this claim. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altnews.in\/english-clone-2026\/hindi\/?s=%E0%A4%AA%E0%A5%8B%E0%A4%B8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%9F+%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%B0%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%A1+%E0%A4%A8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%AF%E0%A5%82%E0%A5%9B+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Postcard News<\/a> founder <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mvmeet\/status\/1182305880554868738?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mahesh Vikram Hegde<\/a> also <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/EfFZl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">promoted<\/a> the claim in 2019. InKhabar alleged that the video is from Mumbai&#8217;s Malad area. According to its report, the person wearing a blue shirt is associated with Aslam Shaikh.<\/p>\n<p>The claim, however, is false.<\/p>\n<p>On October 11, BBC Hindi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/hindi\/india-50014922\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">published<\/a> a fact-check report stating that the man in blue shirt is Ashish Singh. As per his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100013924007174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook profile<\/a>, Singh is the owner of Kings Fitness gym and the vice president of Yuva Ekta Samajik Sanstha.<\/p>\n<p>Alt News contacted Ashish Singh to know the details of what exactly transpired. &#8220;I was jokingly creating a video similar to Tik-Tok clips. On that day around 1 PM, my friends and I were sitting together and discussing the elections. This was ahead of Maharashtra assembly elections. We were speculating that Aslam Shaikh is destined to win the elections. We made the video to have fun. But the clip was picked up on social media and shared with the claim that Durga Puja festivities were interrupted for Azaan. The video was falsely linked to Aslam Shaikh and shared online ahead of Maharashtra polls. However, the claim isn&#8217;t true at all. The video was given a Hindu-Muslim narrative. We had registered a complaint against social media misinformation,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Singh further added, &#8220;The video is viral once again before Bihar elections.&#8221; When asked about the other individuals, he said, &#8220;The person with whom I am speaking to in the video is Ravishankar Dubey and the one standing with me is my friend Nadeem Shaikh.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Singh had tweeted about the complaint filed by him and his friend Ravishankar Dubey.
