Apart from this, not a single person can be seen wearing a mask here. Alt News performed a reverse image search and found the viral image shared on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narendramodi.in\/man\/pm-modi-addresses-nda-rally-at-patna-bihar-3-march-2019-543797\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Prime Minister Narendra Modi&#8217;s website<\/a> on March 3, 2019.
