The size of the high-resolution image is over 2 GB.<\/p>\n<p>NASA also posted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0fva2pH41FM&amp;feature=emb_title\">360 video<\/a> based on this image. This video does not have sound. In the past, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/NASAJPL\/search?query=mars+audio\">NASA<\/a> has shared audio recordings from Mars. However, it was never along with a video. It appears that the viral video was made using these media files. We compared NASA&#8217;s 360 videos with the viral video and found that they were identical. US-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/perseverance-rover-mars-landing-video-amazing-photos\">Space.com<\/a> reported, &#8220;Perseverance&#8217;s EDL camera system also features a microphone, which the team had hoped would capture rushing Martian winds and other EDL sounds. That didn&#8217;t happen, but the mic did switch on after touchdown, recording <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/nasa\/first-sounds-from-mars-filters-out-rover-self-noise\/s-rnjGarHQjxB\" data-url=\"https:\/\/videos.space.com\/m\/3j7ezW8i\/hear-the-martian-wind-perseverance-rovers-first-sounds-captured?list=6DUiA9a3\" data-component-tracked=\"1\">the first-ever audio on the surface of another world<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Perseverance Rover\u2019s Descent and Touchdown on Mars (Official NASA Video)\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4czjS9h4Fpg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To conclude, an image clicked by NASA&#8217;s Curiosity Rover in 2020 was turned into an audio-video format.
