The second wave has overwhelmed citizens, with many among those severely affected unable to get ICU beds or oxygen cylinders.<\/p>\n<p>The official handle of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiatimes.com\/news\/india\/another-case-of-medical-apathy-with-sick-mother-s-oxygen-cylinder-on-shoulder-helpless-man-waits-for-ambulance-in-up-343021.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">India Times<\/a> published on April 7, 2018. The report is credited to ANI. According to the report, the woman was waiting for an ambulance within the premises of Agra Medical College. Hospital has turned them back saying we don&#8217;t have any oxygen or ICU beds available. Patient&#8217;s oxygen saturation is below 50. He&#8217;s gasping for breath.
