The violence has also given rise to a deluge of false news promoted by members and supporters of the BJP.<\/p>\n<p>BJP supporter <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210506073126\/https:\/\/twitter.com\/Sanjay_Dixit\/status\/1389968023503527936\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sanjay Dixit<\/a> posted a <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210506073203\/https:\/\/twitter.com\/djdebs17\/status\/1389949620671811585\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">screenshot of a tweet<\/a> that shared a screengrab of a Republic TV broadcast on chief minister Mamata Banerjee shutting down 125 RSS schools in West Bengal. Out of these, 125 are running without any no-objection certificate from the government. We have already asked these school authorities that will not be able to operate any more. We are looking into each case that is being brought to our notice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/Education\/VyTsJghuQtZuhnCAIlrOUP\/West-Bengal-govt-issues-notice-to-shut-RSSrun-schools.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Livemint<\/a> reported that Chatterjee said the State will not allow schools to teach violence and he also claimed that some of the RSS-backed schools were teaching students religious intolerance.
