We performed a keyword search that led us to a Jansatta story<\/a> dated June 25, 2021 and titled, \u201cBihar: Nurse administers empty syringe instead of COVID-19 vaccine.\u201d The incident is from Bihar\u2019s Chapra area, where a nurse inoculated a young man who had come to receive the COVID-19 vaccine with an empty syringe.<\/p>\n

According to Jansatta, the young man\u2019s friend managed to capture the incident on his phone and posted the video to social media platforms. He apparently had filmed the whole thing by accident.<\/p>\n

ABP News also posted the video reporting that the incident occurred in Chapra, Bihar.<\/p>\n
