A three-minute video of a woman criticising PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah is making the rounds on Facebook. The purported video, according to the claim, shows BJP MP from UP’s Sultanpur Maneka Gandhi calling out her own party on Covid-19 mismanagement. The post below gained over 27,000 views as of this writing.

Woman in the video is Congress leader Dolly Sharma
We found that this video was uploaded by a Punjab-based local news outlet Pro Punjab TV on its Facebook page on April 30. The video also carries a watermark of the channel. The outlet has not identified the woman.

The official Facebook page of Punjab Youth Congress also shared the video on May 11 and cropped the portion which shows Pro Punjab TV’s logo. The organisation has also not claimed that the woman is Maneka Gandhi.
While rummaging through Twitter search results, we found that a few users pointed out that the woman in the video is Dolly Sharma, a Congress member from Ghaziabad. They also tagged her Twitter handle, however, she has not been active since April 2019.
We found that Sharma had posted a 23-minute-long video on April 20 on her Facebook page criticising the BJP regime over the poor handling of Covid-19. A clipped version of her complete video is viral. The relevant portion starts from 14:15 minutes.

In the viral video, Sharma says that she is 36 years of age. Maneka Gandhi is in her 60s. A facial comparison of both also shows the visible age difference.
