Fact Check
Upon a reverse image search of a keyframe of the viral video, Alt News found a video where the procession could be seen walking through the same route. The video had been uploaded by the Facebook page Sikkim Voice. The caption stated that the video showed Sikkim chief minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay participating in Samvidhaan Hatya Diwas. Golay can be seen in the viral video as well, which suggests that the viral video might be from Sikkim originally.
we performed further reverse image searches with keyframes of the viral video, we found that it had been shot during the Har Ghar Tiranga rally on Independence Day, August 15. The rally was held in Gangtok.

A comparison between one of the aforementioned images and a keyframe from the viral video clearly shows the same people present in the screenshots, wearing the same attire. (Outlined in red)
As it stands, a video from an Independence Day rally in Gangtok, Sikkim, where slogans like ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Vande Mataram’ were raised, is being falsely circulated as a procession in Nepal during the recent unrest.
