This Cancellation Policy applies to donations made to Pravda Media Foundation (PMF), publisher of Alt News.
1. One-time donations. A completed one-time donation cannot be cancelled, as it is a voluntary, immediate contribution. If a one-time donation was made in error or duplicated, please see our Refund Policy.
2. Recurring (monthly / yearly) donations. You can cancel a recurring donation at any time, and no further amount will be debited after cancellation. To cancel, either:
– click the “Cancel this recurring donation” link included in every recurring-donation receipt email; or
– email donation@altnews.in from your registered email address and we will cancel it for you.
3. Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops all future debits. You may choose to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing period; after the current period, you will not be charged again. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already debited — for exceptional cases (duplicate/erroneous debits), see our Refund Policy.
